Custom sheet springs
Customized leaf springs for your specific needs
At Tevema, we also understand the importance of customization. This is why we have our own tool shop, where we manufacture special tools needed for our production processes. This, combined with the most modern wire EDMs on the market, allows us to meet the highest standards, especially when precision technology is required.
We work with semi-hardened quality spring belts (hardened steel), possibly with heat treatment after forming (hardening and tempering). In the field of punching and punch bending, we work with both Bihler machines and the most modern mechanical punching machines on the market.

Aftertreatment
