Compression springs for projects
Compression springs are made from a wire thickness from 0.03 to 20 mm. TEVEMA always produces compression springs according to DIN 2095-2 / DIN 2098-2. TEVEMA can produce the compression springs with:
- Constant pitch
- Variable pitch
- Conical shape
- Hourglass shape
- Barrel shape.
The hooks and German / English eyes can be placed in the middle or on the side of the tension spring.
Extension springs for projects
Tension springs are made from a wire thickness from 0.03 to 20 mm. TEVEMA always calculates extension springs in accordance with DIN 2089-2 / EN 13906-2.
TEVEMA has the possibility to mount the following eyes on the tension spring:
- German eyes (Double / whole / half)
- Hooks
- English eyes
- Screwed eyes
- Without eyes.
TEVEMA also has an wide range of standard torsion springs.
Torsion springs for projects
Torsion springs are made from a wire thickness from 0.03 to 20 mm. The torsion springs are made according to DIN 2088 / EN 13906-3, with tolerances according to DIN 2194.
TEVEMA makes the following shapes to produce torsion springs:
- Double wound torsion springs
- With curved ends
- With hook ends
- Twisted ends
- Tailored ends
- Torsion springs in any degrees turned.
Leaf springs or bent strip parts are always made from customer specifications.

Leaf springs are made with flat wire. Most of the times leaf springs is refered to the car-industry, but today’s most common practice of leaf springs can be found in the precision applications. Disc springs
