Zde se budeme zab\u00fdvat procesem v\u00fdroby pru\u017ein, t\u00edm, jak se tento proces li\u0161\u00ed a z \u010deho se pru\u017einy vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed.    <\/p><h3>Jak se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed pru\u017einy?<\/h3><p>Proces v\u00fdroby pru\u017ein je pom\u011brn\u011b jednoduch\u00fd, s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi odchylkami v z\u00e1vislosti na typu vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 pru\u017einy. Tento poloautomatick\u00fd stroj nejprve vyt\u00e1hne dr\u00e1t rovn\u011b z c\u00edvky, ve kter\u00e9 byl dod\u00e1n, a nastav\u00ed jej na standardn\u00ed rovnou linii. Pot\u00e9 stroj pru\u017einov\u00fd dr\u00e1t v\u00e1lcuje, formuje nebo oh\u00fdb\u00e1 do po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho tvaru. Tyto procesy jsou podrobn\u011bji pops\u00e1ny n\u00ed\u017ee:   <\/p><ul><li><strong>Nav\u00edjen\u00ed:<\/strong> P\u0159i tomto procesu se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nav\u00edje\u010dka pru\u017ein nebo stroj na nav\u00edjen\u00ed pru\u017ein s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslicov\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm (CNC). Technik, kter\u00fd stroj obsluhuje, jej nastav\u00ed tak, aby byl p\u0159ipraven pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed typ vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 c\u00edvky, a zavede dr\u00e1t do sady v\u00e1le\u010dk\u016f, kter\u00e9 t\u00e1hnou dr\u00e1t z pru\u017einy do \u0159ady vod\u00edtek. Nakonec vod\u00edtka nasm\u011bruj\u00ed dr\u00e1t k nav\u00edjec\u00edmu bodu nebo \u0159ad\u011b nav\u00edjec\u00edch bod\u016f, kter\u00e9 dr\u00e1t nav\u00edjej\u00ed zp\u011bt a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed pru\u017einu. Tento typ mechanismu tvo\u0159\u00ed tla\u010dn\u00e9, ta\u017en\u00e9 a torzn\u00ed pru\u017einy.   <\/li><li><strong>Tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed: Prov\u00e1d\u00ed se pomoc\u00ed dr\u00e1totv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho lisu nebo CNC dr\u00e1totv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho lisu. U tohoto typu stroje je na p\u0159edn\u00ed stran\u011b \u0161est a\u017e osm n\u00e1strojov\u00fdch suport\u016f, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed krom\u011b vinut\u00ed pru\u017einy prov\u00e1d\u011bt r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy ohyb\u016f a tvar\u016f. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee t\u00edmto postupem lze vytvo\u0159it \u0159adu tvar\u016f pru\u017ein. Tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed stroje na pru\u017einy se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b ta\u017en\u00fdch pru\u017ein, torzn\u00edch pru\u017ein, dr\u00e1t\u011bn\u00fdch tvar\u016f a n\u011bkdy i tla\u010dn\u00fdch pru\u017ein.   <\/li><li><strong>Oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed dr\u00e1t\u016f se prov\u00e1d\u00ed na CNC oh\u00fdba\u010dce dr\u00e1t\u016f, co\u017e je mechanick\u00fd stroj na oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed dr\u00e1t\u016f \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem. Stroj pracuje tak, \u017ee dr\u00e1t p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed do sady v\u00e1le\u010dk\u016f, kter\u00e9 dr\u00e1t p\u0159itahuj\u00ed k vod\u00edtk\u016fm dr\u00e1tu a posouvaj\u00ed jej k pohybliv\u00e9 n\u00e1strojov\u00e9 hlav\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem. N\u00e1strojov\u00e1 hlava prov\u00e1d\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 ohyby a tvary. Tento proces zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee pru\u017eina p\u0159i nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed pru\u017e\u00ed zp\u011bt. <\/p><p>P\u0159i tepeln\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed se pru\u017eina po ur\u010ditou dobu zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159i ur\u010dit\u00e9 teplot\u011b. Nastaven\u00ed teploty a \u010dasu se li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na typu a mno\u017estv\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00e9ho dr\u00e1tu. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed tohoto procesu m\u016f\u017ee pru\u017eina proj\u00edt dal\u0161\u00edmi kroky tepeln\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy je pru\u017eina p\u0159ed vstupem do dal\u0161\u00edho kola kalena nebo chlazena. P\u0159esn\u00fd postup z\u00e1vis\u00ed na typu materi\u00e1lu a pou\u017eit\u00e9m v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu.   <\/p><p>Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b na\u0161ich modern\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f se tepeln\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed dopravn\u00edkov\u00e9 pece. Kdy\u017e pru\u017eina vyjde z na\u0161eho stroje na v\u00fdrobu pru\u017ein, spadne po \u017elabu na dopravn\u00ed p\u00e1s, kter\u00fd ji doprav\u00ed ke vstupu do pece. <\/p><p>Pru\u017eina je pak dopravn\u00edkem vedena pec\u00ed takovou rychlost\u00ed, aby se v n\u00ed udr\u017eela dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouho. Po v\u00fdstupu z pece je pru\u017eina p\u0159evezena do p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b, kde se ochlad\u00ed. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
