Delivery Conditions
 | Delivery conditions The conditions of the METAALUNIE, most recently laid down at the Office of the Court of Commerce in Rotterdam, will apply. Delivered goods will remain property of TEVEMA unless payment is completed.
Springs in stock All springs from our catalogue - some exceptions are possible - are in stock in Amsterdam, and in Kudowa (Poland). (If any item is out of stock, we are always doing our best to replenish the stock as soon as possible).
Delivery times Whenever the ordered springs are in stock, we are delivering immediately if there are no other provisions from your side. The handling time is about 1-2 days excluding transportation time. Upon request, we can deliver standard springs faster, provided you let us clearly know and place the order before 2 p.m. Costs for special delivery are on your expenses.
Prices The more springs you are ordering, the lower the price will be. We are using the principle of graduated prices (quantity rebates). Ask always for our quantity rebate - it is in your own advantage! We reserve for us the right to change our price list without particular announcement if this becomes necessary due to changes of cost prices.
Minimum order value The minimum value of an order must be € 25,-
Payment conditions 30 days net.
Damage claims Within 14 days after receipt of goods.
Measuring report Certificates of material will be delivered without additional payment. Measuring reports will be charged with at least € 15,-, depending on the type of spring and the batch size. Please, ask for a price calculation of the measuring report. |
